6x6 semi private for card readers & mediums $65

Includes: 6x6 3 sided curtained space

8x10 space $75

Includes: 8x10 space decorate how you desire

10x10 space $85 

Includes: 10x10 space, decorate how you desire

11x10 space $95 

Includes: 11x10 space, decorate how you desire

​​

If you need a table for your space $15 extra

NOTE: there is limited power available, I will do the best I can to accommodate requests

Terms & Agreements to Participate in Expo

 

Event Guidelines

*Agree to keep contents of booth and table in designated area

*Acknowledge Path to Wellness, Empowering Balance, the organizers & Rimbey Community Centre will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, stolen, lost or damaged property

*it is suggested if offering services you have clients sign an informed consent before the session

*Agree to allow the organizers to share your business name and picture that you send me on website and social media for advertising purposes

 

Misc

*No open flames, sexually explicit, alcohol, abusive or violent content allowed. Please contact me if you are not sure about about a product. Please refrain from using strong scents as well as many have sensitivities and allergies to smells.

Set Up & Take Down

*agree to have space/table fully set up by 9:50 am

*no packing up early

​

Marketing

*Path to Wellness & Empowering Balance will market this event to the best of our ability. What makes this a success is advertising as a community with EVERYONE sharing the event

*Agree to advertise to your audience to let them know you will be at the event.

*you will receive a “I’m an Exhibitor jpg image for you to use however you feel would be best to reach people

*When advertising on social media, tag the Path to wellness now page so they can see what our event has to offer. It will also include the event website

*You will also be featured in the Meet the Exhibitors page on the website

 

Booking & Payment

*Once application has been accepted; agree to submit payment for table/booth within the week unless other arrangements have been make.

*Exhibitor Space is not reserved and booked until payment is received

Cancellation Policy

*NO REFUNDS 2 month prior to event (February 18, 2026). Unless the event is cancelled. If you cancel before February 18, 2026 you will receive a 100% refund
