6x6 semi private for card readers & mediums $65 (no table included bring everything you need for your space)

8x10 space $75 (no table included bring everything you need for your space)

10x10 space $85 (no table included bring everything you need for your space)

11x10 space $95 (no table included bring everything you need for your space)

If you need a table for your booths only $15 extra

Terms & Agreements to Participate in Expo

 

Exhibitor Expectations

*Exhibitor agree to keep contents of booth and table in designated area

*All exhibitors are expected to carry their own insurance. Path to Wellness, Empowering Balance and the Venue will not be held responsible for any liabilities, injuries occurred, stolen, lost or damaged property belonging to you, the vendor. If you do not have insurance, you acknowledge that you are liable to cover any costs, IF an event like the ones listed above (or others) occur.

*If you are offering a services, it is suggested you have a waiver for all your clients to read and sign prior to beginning your session. This covers you for any liabilities.

*Exhibitors agree to allow me to share their business name and picture on website and social media for advertising purposes

*No taking down or leaving until the event is done

 

Misc

*No open flames, sexually explicit, alcohol abusive or violent content allowed. Please refrain from using strong scents as well as many have sensitivities and allergies to smells.

Set Up & Take Down

*Set up will begin at 8:00am. Tables & booths will be marked with your name. Please make sure your display is fully set up no later than 10 minutes prior to the doors opening, 9:50am.

*DO NOT start to take down your display until the market has come to a close at 3:00pm, if there are still customers in your area, please wait for the customers to leave before you start to pack up. Make sure you remove ALL garbage in a proper disposal bin before you leave.

Marketing

*Path to Wellness & Empowering Balance will market this event to the best of our ability including but not limited to:  website, social media, email list and visible signage. We expect ALL EXHIBITORS to advertise the event! The more advertising happening, the wider the reach and higher success potential for everyone! As a Exhibitor, you are expected to advertise to your audience to let them know you will be at the event.

*you will receive a “I’m a Vendor” jpg image for you to use on print, social media and e-marketing platforms. When advertising on social media, make sure you tag the Path to wellness now page. This allows your audience to browse what else our event has to offer. It will also include the event website

*You will also be featured in the Meet the Exhibitors page on the website

 

Booking & Payment

*Once you receive application has been accepted you will be required to submit payment for your table/booth within ONE WEEK.

*Exhibitor Space is not reserved and booked until payment is received

*Once you application has been approved I will send you an invoice and where to send the etransfer, if etransfer does not work let me know and we will make other arrangements

 

Cancellation Policy

*NO REFUNDS 2 month prior to event (February 18, 2026). Unless the event is cancelled. If you cancel before February 11, 2026 you will receive a 100% refund
