Terms & Agreements to Participate in Expo

*Exhibitor agree to keep contents of booth and table in designated area

*No packing up until 4 pm

*Share the event with others through email, posters, social media, etc (I will create promo material to be shared)

*Exhibitors agree to allow me to share their business name and picture on website and social media for advertising purposes

*Cancellation policy: NO REFUNDS 2 weeks prior to event (April 16, 2023). If you cancel before April 16, 2023 you will receive a 100% refund

*Exhibitor Space is not reserved and booked until payment is received

*Send etransfer to pathtowellnessnow@hotmail.com to pay, also accept crypto currency. If an etransfer is not possible send me a message and we will make other arrangements

*Event Organizers & volunteers are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring to or suffered by any person or company, while at the event
