Empowering Balance
Carolyn Karlstrom & Barb Karlstrom Spencer have spent over 20 years walking their own paths of exploration in natural health, energy, and personal growth. What began as curiosity and a desire for healing in their own lives naturally grew into a heartfelt calling to support others on their journeys.
They are deeply committed to continuing their own learning and growth, always expanding their understanding so they can support people on an even deeper level. Their passion is not only to offer healing experiences, but also to empower others with practical tools, techniques, and awareness they can use in their everyday lives and that they themselves use.

Through a blend of sound, frequency, and intuitive practices—including the Voice Code (custom Sound healing), numerology, drumming, card readings, personal and home energy clearings, intuitive messages, and coaching—they help you shift, find clarity, and meaningful insights.

In recent years, Carolyn and Barb have created Empowered Up a private coaching group. This brings people together to explore life’s deeper questions, release old patterns, and learn simple, effective ways to stay more balanced, aligned, and connected as life continues to evolve.

With a grounded approach, they continue to share what they are learning—helping people feel more empowered, supported, and confident navigating times of change, both personally and collectively.
