How do I know when my payment has been received?
A few days after payment is received you will be sent a welcome email with a receipt attached
When is my spot reserved?
Your space is reserved AFTER payment has been received and you have received a receipt through email.
What is the difference between a booth and a Table?
The difference is with the booth you have that much space you can use for display, massage table, etc, NO TABLE INCLUDED. With the Table have only the table space which is a 6' x 30" in size. Both include 2 - 4 chairs
What is included with an Booth?
You will receive 8 x 10 or 10 x 10 floor space and 2 - 4 chairs.
Table clothes are NOT included

How are the Booths separated?
all 8 x 10 & 10x10 booths are around the perimeter, there is tape placed on the floor designating your space. If you need privacy or s physical separation you will need to provide that yourself.
If I have an booth can I get a Table?
There are a limited amount of tables available at the venue, if there are any available you can purchase them for $15
Can I hang anything on the wall?
The venue only allows painters tape and blue fun tack to be used on the walls. There is a slot on the wall that things can be hung on. Christmas ornament hooks seems to work good to hang posters on.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds 2 months before the event (Feb 11, 2026). unless the event is cancelled
What hours is the Expo running?
10 am - 3 pm
When is Set Up?
Set up is the morning of the Event time to be determined
Is there lunch available at the venue?
I am currently working on having a person come in to sell food out of the kitchen
How many years has the Expo been going?
This expo started in fall 2016. In 2017 it was moved to Rimbey for the Spring and Fall Expo. Then in 2017 it was moved to a larger local where it is currently being held. Since from 2020 - 2022 I was unable to do and expo then did another one in 2023. I retired in 2024 & 2025 for personal reasons and am starting again with a renewed passion and drive to introduce people to holistic means of healthcare focusing on prevention and natural ways to improve and maintain well being
How many people usually come ?
I never guarantee a number of people who will attend. It varies from year to year and I have not done one in a couple years. This also depends on how much Expo Exhibitors Community sharing goes on. For the event to be successful we all need to share it with all the people we know.
How much does it cost for people to come to the Expo?
This event is FREE to attend. If people liked the event and would like to donate to help with future event there will be a jar available at the exit
How much does it cost for parking?
The parking is plentiful and FREE
